gRAWnola is a ‘raw foods' version of granola in which low-temperature dehydration is the method used to remove moisture from the product in order to preserve the natural enzymes and fragile nutrients of the ingredients. An essential step in the process is to soak the nuts and seeds in water in order to awaken the enzymes and nutrients before it is mixed into a batter. It is available in two forms: a convenient, individually wrapped bar and a cereal or ‘snack nugget' that comes in re-sealable pouches. A snack that delivers great taste, and the nutritional value of WHOLE, RAW FOODS!

Created in 2006 by local Holistic Chef Ken Immer of OM cooking, a healthy personal Chef service designed to bring healthy vegetarian foods to those with no time to cook. gRAWnola was first introduced to his personal Chef clients as cereal that could be an in-between meals snack, or a breakfast item. Quickly becoming wildly popular, his clients began to share gRAWnola with their friends and family, and a loyal following began. Bobby Hendricks joined gRAWnola in 2008 after a life changing experience where his pre-diabetic body was transformed into a healthy, vibrant affirmed man who brings his amazing networking skills, charm, and zest for life to help bring this amazing product to the marketplace. Now gRAWnola is available as a snack bar for anyone on the go! Available in 13 states in over 100 retail locations as well as online, gRAWnola is soon to be available wherever conscious eating happens! gRAWnola is not only a food product, but an example of a way of being.
